I’ve lived at Victoria Apartments for six months, and it’s been an excellent home, especially for IUPUI students. The community is friendly and respectful, creating a comfortable environment. Doug, the owner, and Keagan are approachable and responsive, making management a strong part of the experience.

The property offers secure fob entry, gated parking, and an Amazon Hub, giving peace of mind and convenience. Maintenance is fast and reliable, usually completing requests within a day. Rent is affordable, and some utilities are included, making it a great value.

Overall, Victoria Apartments is a safe, convenient, and welcoming place to call home—I plan to stay here throughout grad school.

This is my first ever apartment and my experience at the Victoria is terrific!! It’s safe, secure, and quiet. My neighbors are quiet but friendly. Maintenance is always kind, accommodating and very helpful to help with almost anything. Maintenance was kind and comfortable with helping setting up my curtains. The owner, Doug, is VERY sweet and always kind, comfortable and accommodating to help me with whatever I need. Also, Doug helped me with mounting my television. Overall, I love my apartment. It is enough room for one person and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I lived at Victoria for a year and it was definitely the cozy studio in downtown with affordable price. Great for student or anyone working from home wanting to leave near downtown this is it. You could explore lot of coffee shops around or restaurants . Rent is around $800 per month depends on rate.I payed electric only (no central air but used window AC :)) & heat/ water is paid. I also paid for parking just to be safe.. but there’s street parking around! There’s washer/dryer in basement- coin operated. Both Doug & David are super nice and great with maintenance request 😊.. thank you guys for having me!! 🏡

Doug has been a wonderful landlord. Not something I'm used to saying. He really makes an effort to develop a relationship with his tenants and clearly wants people to have a positive experience living at the Victoria. On the few minor maintenance issues I've had there's been a very quick response. I've had a lovely time living there!
